HISTORY…
Hudson Associates, LLC has a long standing history of successful
financial services placement dating back to our incorporation in 1989.
Our Principal, George A. Hudson, has been actively involved in executive
search within the financial services industry since 1986. Our active
database includes more than 20,000 names and contacts in addition
to numerous sources for networking.
Our search expertise has been developed over the last 22 years in
many areas of financial services search. We serve all areas of sales
and marketing, field distribution, advanced sales support, private
client services, senior management, brokerage, and legal. We perform
services for Life Insurance Companies, Wire Houses, IMO's, IBD's,
Banks, Accounting and Consulting Firms, and National Alphabet Houses.
Our positions range in salary from $75,000 to $500,000 with most searches
done on a retained basis at salaries over $100,000.
